This place was lovely, in a gated exclusive neighborhood with beautiful infinity pool and hot tub. The upstairs bedrooms fit three couples all with balconies. (One couple wanted the two twin bedroom), but would be perfect for kids. Sparkling clean bathrooms. My 86 yr old mother stayed in the downstairs bedroom which was perfect as she also had a private small balcony, and it was accessible to walk in shower, kitchen, living/dining room and very large front porch. Big dining and outdoor tables fit eight of us and it had a big kichen bar with four stools too. Only needed charcoal and lighter fluid for grill and ground coffee for Mr. Coffeemaker. The cabinets and drawers were stocked with everything we needed. I give this house a 10. We rented a boat and caught plenty of scallops too. We'll be back
