“Island Time” brings the entire gang together while still offering plenty of private space. This new, beautiful masterpiece is on the North Cape San Blas and occupies a double gulf front lot. The entry level welcomes you with plenty of parking, a spacious covered patio, outdoor kitchen, bath, shower and one of the larges inground pools in the area. The second level is made up of five private ensuite bedrooms and an expansive deck. Level three offers four more ensuites, a second living room and another huge deck. At the top level you will find an enormous open living, dining and entertainment space with soaring ceilings in the kitchen, large pantry, extra refrigerator, living, dining, game space and a huge bar area. Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.
Bedrooms:
This home was designed with eight king ensuite bedrooms. Each is outfitted with a walk-in closet, dresser storage and a smart TV. The second and third levels are the bedroom levels. There is also a bunkroom ensuite on the second level for a total of (9) nine bedrooms comfortably sleeping a total of (22) people. Seven of the nine bedrooms have an amazing view of the Gulf and each bedroom suite has been named after the owner’s favorite islands!

Fantastic beach house

Amazing property very very comfy and the view for your morning coffee is unbelievable!!!Cleanness was good but definitely can be better especially to protect a beautiful house like this one.And I would definitely encourage to make like a outdoor kitchen/barbecue area downstairs, that would make renters life way easier.I would definitely recommend this house and I would love to come back another summer time.

Fantastic property in an amazing location!

This house was perfect for our large group (10 adults and 7 kids ranging from 1 to 8 years old) and could not have been any more perfect. The private pool and proximity to the beach made it incredibly easy for members of our party to transition from one to the other very easily. We would absolutely consider staying here again the next time we are in Cape San Blas with such a large group.

Everything we needed!

Had a group of 20 including our adult children, their spouses, grandchildren and 2 babysitters and we had plenty of room for everyone. House came stocked with everything we needed for a week…Even our food, thanks to local food delivery services. House might could use one or two more large outdoor garbage containers for large groups. Else wise, your home was wonderful!
