Welcome to Shore Thang, a charming canal-front condo located in beautiful Mexico Beach. Situated directly on the canal and just across the street from the sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this property offers the perfect blend of waterfront serenity and easy beach access—only a short walk away.

As you enter this beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, you’ll immediately feel at home and ready for a relaxing getaway. The open-concept floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen, living room, and dining area, making it ideal for spending quality time with family or hosting small gatherings with friends. For guests who enjoy cooking while on vacation, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

Both bedrooms feature TVs for your convenience. The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, featuring two queen-size beds, a twin daybed, and its own private bathroom.

Shore Thang is located in the desirable West-End Harbor Complex and includes covered parking and access to a community pool. All that’s left to bring is your bathing suit and sunscreen—your perfect beach getaway awaits!

Please note that this unit does NOT come with a boat slip. The City of Mexico Beach does offer boat slip rentals if you plan on bringing a boat.

Shore Thang is a non-smoking unit and does NOT allow pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
