The Space:

Look forward to blissful beach days at this fully renovated, four-level townhome featuring magnificent, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. A private elevator stops on each floor, so there's no need to struggle hauling luggage or groceries up the stairs. On the top-floor, you’ll find a spacious living area, a well-equipped, full kitchen, dining area, and a furnished balcony where you can watch the sunset over the water each night. The second and third floors each have two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The west-facing main bedrooms on each of these two floors feature private balconies with Gulf and pool views. Situated in the family-friendly, gated community of Sea Cliff, you and your guests can also enjoy the community pool and playground as well as the many common areas with boardwalks that offer easy access to the beach.

Communication about the WiFi too long. About two and a half days of no WiFi. They had some one come in to look at the WiFi on the second afternoon and said the WiFi provider would have to come out. The owner emailed me where the actual router was located (by the washer and dryer) to unplug and replug to get the WiFi going. That started the WiFi. The WiFi did not work on the top floor (living room/kitchen). Could leave instructions on the location of the router. I knew about unplugging and replugging to reboot the router .

Amazing Hidden Vacation Place

Let me start by saying, the view from the balcony was amazing. The sunsets were spectacular. The house is big and well maintained. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen spacious and well-equipped. My family and I recommend this house for your pool-beach vacation. See you soon!

Nice place to stay

Plenty of room, great views. Elevator is a must and worked well, without it would be climbing 3 flights of stairs to get to kitchen. Over all a nice place.

Great stay at Smiles and Sunsets Cape San Blas

We were very pleased with our stay. Clean. AC was fine. Very nice kitchen. The elevator worked great for us just keep in mind it is slower than a commercial elevator and follow the directions. Great views and beach access. The pool was good. Note that check in appears to go by Central Time as Cape San Blas / Port St. Joe straddle the line of Central and Eastern time. The area is definitely not crowded, it is great for a laid back beach experience. Would not be the place for nightlife etc. Wish the unit allowed pets as most around appeared to. We were able to walk at the very nearby State park beach and see almost no one, which was nice.

Great location

This was a great place to visit, conveniently located near the beach. Very quiet neighborhood, loved that is was in a gated community. Overall, had a wonderful stay.

Terrible place go to different unit.

We did not have hot water for the first 3 days. As a renter we had no access to the thermostat the owners control that. They had the heat on in the unit and it was miserable hot. It took until day 7 of our trip for them to turn off the heat. Vacasa who manages this place is awful! If you see them move on.

Nos gusto bastante! La casa tiene una vista espectacular, en el balcones puedes disfrutar del atardecer y la brisa Del Mar, ya que está muy cerca de la playa, la zona es muy tranquila, en las mañanas pudimos disfrutar de caminar a la orilla de la play.
