📝 Golf cart agreement must be signed for use of golf cart. If the golf cart is used without signed liability form, guests may incur an additional $500 fee and non-refundable cancellation of remainder of reservation.
🐾 This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. Pet fee is $200/per pet (non refundable). Max 2 pets.

Free parking for 2 vehicles is available on the premises, additional parking can be arranged upon request.
*Boat and trailer parking are not allowed.
*Please be aware, the owners have a recording Ring doorbell on the front door and exterior camera on the garage.
