HIGH SPEED INTERNET Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home. This home features hot/cold enclosed outside shower, full kitchen, outside grill, washer/dryer, screen porch, and TV's in all bedrooms. First level features open living/dining/kitchen and two bedrooms and bath. Second level features one bedroom and bath, and loft area with 2 sets built-in bunks. Easy walk to the beach! Excellent value for a large group of 12. High Chair and Pack N Play available.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

You must be 25 years or older to reserve.
No events are allowed.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. We loved this house and the area so much that we are already talking about staying here again!! The house is comfortable and inviting. That big table outside on the screened-in porch was everyone's very favorite part for sure. As for the location, not having to cross traffic on the short walks to and from the water was a huge bonus for us. This area is yhtewonderfully peaceful and beautiful. Our only issues were with the sleeping arrangements and the fridge. A little heads-up to future renters, the four built-in bunk beds are really small, which is great for younger ones, but our bigger kiddos preferred sleeping on the couches instead. Those are super comfy though, so that wasn't an actual problem. Regarding the fridge, we did panic a little when we realized it wasn't cooling after our big grocery run. The woman in the rental office was perfect, however, and quickly brought us out a huge cooler to use until the next day when maintenance had it up and running again. I'm only mentioning this to show how supportive they were when something came up. THANK YOU, LEMONCELLO, FOR A FANTASTIC FAMILY VACATION!!!
