Great Price Large Home with easy access to beach
HIGH SPEED INTERNET Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home. This home features hot/cold enclosed outside shower, full kitchen, outside grill, washer/dryer, screen porch, and TV's in all bedrooms. First level features open living/dining/kitchen and two bedrooms and bath. Second level features one bedroom and bath, and loft area with 2 sets built-in bunks. Easy walk to the beach! Excellent value for a large group of 12. High Chair and Pack N Play available.
This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.
All of our homes come with WiFi
You must be 25 years or older to reserve.
No events are allowed.
Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
