Grey Havens is a spacious and stunning Bay Front home loaded with all the amenities needed to satisfy everyone in your family! There is a private pool, a hot tub, easy deeded beach access and a dock for your boat, complete with a gazebo with lights and a fish cleaning station with running water (the hoist is not available for use, but boat can be stored there)! In addition, the home's open concept and 4600 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths allows for plenty of space to spread out and have a little privacy when needed.
Grey Havens boasts an expansive great room housing a living area, dining area and fully stocked Gourmet kitchen which includes a gas stove, double ovens, 2 refrigerators a custom sink, granite counters and plenty of seating for the whole family at the Amish custom made table and chairs. The main living area has a 75 inch TV and a huge, super comfy sectional, as well as lots of additional space, a picnic table and a card/game table. In addition to the main living area, the loft overlooking the great room is a perfect spot for family fun and has a regulation Foosball table for your enjoyment. In addition to the great room, there is also a second living area running the width of the house with amazing view of the Bay. The space has a 60 inch TV and seating around it for up to 9, game tables and a desk, and of course, windows, windows, windows overlooking the bay! A screened porch features more outdoor seating. The back of the house overlooks the Bay, the pool and a lush garden which leads to the dock. Put your boat in at the State Park just a mile away and keep the boat in the water just steps from the house during your stay, and with the oversized driveway, there is plenty of parking for the trailer at the house. (Note - mooring your boat at the private dock is fine, but the boat lift is not a part of the rental. It is owner use only.). The main floor has 3 king bedrooms and 3 baths. The very large primary king bedroom features an ensuite with a sunken tub and separate shower. The lower level houses the queen room and the large bunk room and an additional bath. The laundry room is oversized with plenty of racks and storage. Grey Havens also has a hot tub overlooking the pool and there is deeded Gulf beach access for Grey Havens in the neighborhood across the street- an easy 5 minute walk away. Stay busy or just relax, the choice is yours!
