A Little Sandity is a 2800 sq. feet beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath with 2 additional 1/2 bath home located in the prestigious Seagrass Community. Seagrass Circle is a gated private street that is nice for children and families biking/walking/skating. The home features 2700 sq. feet of wrap around decking on 2 levels for the most spectacular views on Cape San Blas. Be one of the first to try "Sandity", you want to come back year after year! An open floor plan and numerous windows lend to the expansive feel of the living and dining rooms. Granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances adorn the kitchen. A breakfast bar adds additional seating for the whole family! During your stay at A Little Sandity, be sure to venture to the Gulf of Mexico on the pristine Cape San Blas beach only a 350 feet stroll away, build sand castles in the sugar white sand. After a day at the beach, head back to the quiet private association pool to lounge in the sunshine. The pool is conveniently located just steps away from the home.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. Propane grill available for use in the backyard you must bring their own propane tank if you elect to use it. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

All of our homes come with WiFi and ROKU TV (renters will be reasonable for Roku account) .

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

Nice Location/Big house

The location of house is great. Close to beach access and right across the street from the pool. Its a small community-15 homes- very quiet and family oriented. Nice views from the porches on the front and back of the house. The A/C works great for such a large house. The dining room table has plenty of room for a larger group. Location to the Trading post and Ice cream shops is less than a mile- its a nice bike ride. There is plenty of space for larger group- no stepping on each other or getting in anyone's way. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances. The home is aged and needs a few things fixed (microwave, back patio needs some TLC ,grill is not functional-rusty and missing knobs and you must bring your own propane, the large bench in the back is unstable and leans- don't sit on it, bedroom in the back needs blackout shades- VERY bright when the sun comes up) .Maybe replace the carpet on the stairs, it looks quite worn. Most of the house is tiled. The area does have some wildlife- we encountered three snakes on the property- not much to do about that but be aware. Check in and check out was easy- I would suggest that they get a keypad entry- its very nerve-wracking having just one key for the front door.
