This peaceful area has so much to offer to relax! 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, new patio by the pond, seating for 8 with a fire table,couch,weber bbq grill , 5 bikes, a big wheel, beach umbrella, beach chairs beach towels, outdoor shower, 3 smart TVs.several Bike trails to the ocean & two pools (North pool is heated during cooler weather) this is a very safe and well maintained beach community. Nice public bathrooms too!
This 4 bedroom Home with 1 King, 2 queens, a full/ twin bunk bed. 2 bathrooms each have a shower and a tub.Dining seats 6-10. outdoor dining seats 6. Fully equipped kitchen with an Island bar electric stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, stainless fridge with clean water and duel ice dispenser! Griddle, toaster, a drip coffee maker & coffee&creamers, tea , items in the garage can be used by the guests, the bikes, bike baskets, beach chairs, umbrella, bike wagon, beach blankets, beach towels, cooler, bbq grill, please clean after using it.Outdoor shower and hoses. Charcoal is inside the grill.
Other things to note
We are new owners We will be at the property occasionally to check on the house and to stay in the winter months and also between guest stays. We will be adding upgrades as well Screened in patio! We hope you love this area as much as we do, such a great area to relax and to explore the out doors! We hope you enjoy, relax and have great memories with your family during your stay.

Forgotten Coast Vacation

What an amazing place to stay at Port St. Joe. The home was beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked, and in a great location. The golf cart was an added bonus that served our adventures well. The owners were very attentive to our questions and made this vacation top notch! You will not be disappointed with this rental/owners! Book the trip!
