Paradise Shores 407 is a tastefully decorated condominium located in the heart of Mexico Beach. This fourth-floor unit fronting the beach affords absolutely the best Gulf Views in Mexico Beach. You can view the spectacular sunsets over the water from the balcony. Every detail has been addressed for your comfort & pleasure! Fully equipped kitchen. The spacious bedroom has King bed & TV. There is a set of twin bunk beds in the hall alcove. The master bath has a shower/tub. The guest bath offers a stand-up shower. This fabulous condominium complex boasts a pool, a hot tub, 2 elevators, covered parking & the beach access is right across the street. This complex also offers a shared grilling area.

Non-Smoking Unit. No Pets Allowed.
All rentals are on a first come first serve basis when booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

3 weeks in Mexico Beach Florida

It was our 2nd year at Paradise Shores. It was a great place to stay. We had a beach view both years. This year we could see the beach from our living room. Our unit this year was okay. The furniture could of been more comfortable. The sofa was uncomfortable. The bed however was very comfortable! Overall, we very happy there. Great area!
