Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather around the dining table for meals and conversation. When the sun`s out, the private garden is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening drink.

Located just 6 minutes on foot (or 2 minutes by car) from Aberavon’s long sandy beach, the house places you right near one of South Wales’ most popular coastal spots. Grab fish and chips for a sunset meal or explore the promenade on foot or by bike.

Shops, takeaways, and a bakery are within 4 minutes` drive, while supermarkets including Morrisons and Lidl are just 6 minutes away. Port Talbot railway station is also a 6-minute drive, offering easy access to Cardiff, Swansea, and beyond. The local minor injury A&E at Port Talbot Hospital is nearby, offering peace of mind for families.


House Rules
- No outdoor footwear inside the property – please bring indoor shoes
- Only booked guests may enter the property
- No parties or events. Max 9 guests. Breaking this rule may result in cancellation.
- For stays longer than 7 days, additional weekly cleans are available at £95 per clean.
- We are happy to accommodate pets for an additional £65 per stay


Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
- We have a no outdoor footwear inside the property rule, please bring your comfortable indoor footwear with you.

- Only the number of guests booked on Airbnb are permitted to visit the property, as per the `Airbnb Cover` rules.

- No Parties are allowed, and no more than 8 guests are permitted to stay, should either of these rules be broken, the booking will be cancelled or Airbnb will be informed and a £200 fine will be imposed.

- For stays longer than 7 days, additional weekly cleans are available at £95 per clean.

- Pets are welcome at a fee of £65 per stay!
