Beautiful property location

The property itself is located perfectly and has a beautiful view of the harbor. Nice and good working shutters that block the sunlight when gone, large open windows and a big balcony to let in in the afternoon fresh air. The apartment could do with a little more home care, I mean you can see that the apartment has "just" a rental status. Although having a dishwasher and washer the apartment feels a bit desolate. I might stay again though, the owner is very responsive and gave us a friendly welcome and a good bye

A little gem with a great view above Port Vendres

The property is only 5 minutes walk from the harbour up some steep steps and then a stone path with a decent gradient- alternatively park opposite the Fire Station and walk 70 yards up the hill. The flat offers great views of the Harbour just remember no Air Con so can get hot in the height of summer but with a cooker microwave and washing machine and the Intermarche Supermarket only 400 yards away everything really is on the door step - don’t miss the Thursday & Sunday 0930 boat to Cadaques (Spain)

L'appartement était semblable aux photos, propre et très agréable. L'endroit est calme, très bien situé. Le salon et l'une des chambres ont une très belle vue sur le port. La terrasse couverte est également un plus. José nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et nous a donné plein de bonnes adresses pour découvrir la région. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et serons heureux et heureuses de revenir à l'occasion !

Nous avons passé un très, très agreable séjour. L appartement était tout à fait conforme à la description faite: agréable, lumineux, très propre, très bien équipé. Le propriétaire était quelqu'un de souriant, convivial, très attentionné à nos demandes, très réactif. Accueil parfait. En juillet août, le stationnement doit poser un problème. En septembre cela va. A l'arrivée, la mini terrasse est très peu attirante. A l'intérieur, un canapé datant des années 60/70 est plus que limite. Dans la chambre principale, une housse de couette absolument pas repassée, est franchement dissuasive. Dommage car il y a un potentiel certain, la vue du balcon est vraiment superbe, etc, etc.... l'équipement est très correct. De plus le proprio est très sympa.

Très fonctionnel

Appartement très fonctionnel. Et évidemment une vue splendide. Il.est très bien situé. À moins de 10 min à pied du port )attention ça monte dur pour revenir. Escalier un peu partout) Il.y manque néanmoins qq chaises de jardin (2 pour un aprt de 4) et de transat (1 seul!!! Faut le tirer à la courte paille ). Une cafetière qui fonctionne un jour/2. Pas de bouilloire. Pas de théière. Mériterait d'être un petit peu mieux équipé. Nous regrettons le manque de charme. Il pourrait être personnalisé à l'image de la région. Enfin il n est pas très bien insonorisé. Mais comme on passe son temps sur la terrrasse on s'accommode. Aprt très bien pour l été. Bien moins sympa l hiver.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht !!!

Das Haus liegt in mitten von Port Vendres mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich leider ist die Kommunikation sehr schwierig wenn kein Französisch im Wortschatz vorliegt... Die Betten sind sehr bequem wenn es nicht zu weich sein soll. Ansonsten der einzige negative Punkt ist das Parken... da das Haus auf einem Berg liegt, besteht keine Möglichkeit das Auto in der Nähe zu parken sondern in etwa 300 m Entfernung auf einem Parkplatz der jedoch schnell zu Fuss über die engen Gassen zu erreicheichen ist.

Très bon accueil. Le propriétaire José très sympathique. L'appartement très bien situé. Dommage le ménage laissait à désirer. Trop fable lumière dans la salle de bain. Pas de prise dans la salle de bain pour se faire sécher les cheveux. Pas de robinet thermostatique dans la douche , très difficile de régler l'eau,dangereux pour les enfants. Pensez à amener des bouchons d'oreilles pour passer l'aspirateur où faire comme nous au balai.
