Very beautiful apartment of 80m2 crossing and bright, located on the first floor of a small building, with 3 balconies overlooking the port on the right side, opposite the Place de l'Obélisque (classified site - place where the market is held on Saturday morning) Large apartment with a beautiful living room (kitchen open to living room, 28 M2) extended by a living room that can serve as an extra bedroom (equipped with a convertible sofa), 1 large bedroom with bathroom and bathtub whirlpool and washing machine, 1 smaller bedroom with bathroom (shower), WC.
New condition, air conditioned, electric heating, triple glazing.

Spacious airy and light apartment overlooking town square.

Helpful and accomodating owner and host made everything easy. The apartment has a lovely aspect and has been beautifully refurbished. The bathrooms and kitchen are new and offer hi tech facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Petit coin de paradis

Nous sommes arrivés mardi 19 septembre et avons repris la route ce mardi 26 septembre , un peu à contre coeur on doit bien l’avouer ! Appartement nickel 👌 bien situé et région magnifique! Petit port qui reste je pense très familiale beaucoup de chose à voir autour ! Petit détour par l’Espagne pour une pause shopping le jour où il a fait le plus mauvais ! Rien à redire à part peut-être améliorer le confort de la literie 😅! Dans tous les cas nous reviendrons avec d’autres personnes étant donné que l’appartement peux largement accueillir un couple supplémentaire ! Merci à Marie-Jo pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité ! À bientôt pour de nouvelles aventures !

Vacances à Port Vendres

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Port Vendres, dans cet appartement proche de toutes commodités (commerces, plages....); l'arrêt de bus pour aller à Collioure, Argelès, Perpignan, ou encore Banyuls est juste en bas de l'immeuble (pour 1€) Merci à Marie Jo pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons ce très bel appartement, avec un très grand séjour et très propre.

Super appartement

Cet appartement, refait avec goût et spacieux et bien conçu. A proximité immédiate du port, il est néanmoins à l'écart des nuisances causées par les restaurants de cette petite ville très calme en juin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil réservé par Marie-Jo, qui a pris soin de nous préparer un petit coin "café-thé" et qui a pris le temps de nous indiquer les meilleurs endroits où aller dans les environ. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Deuxième séjour très bien malgré l'absence de table de nuit qui manque dans les deux chambres, la hotte ne fonctionne pas et sur la terrasse un petit tabouret et un petit quelque chose pour poser le café aurait été bien mais sinon très bien. Toujours aussi bien accueilli par Marie Jo, très disponible en cas de questions. L'appartement était très propre cela sentait le frais et les senteurs de produits ménagers à notre arrivée c'est très agréable de savoir que le ménage est fait juste avant l'arrivée prévue.

Appartement merveilleusement placé

Déjà la deuxième année que l'on a loué cet appartement à Port-Vendres. Situation idéal pour découvrir la Cote Vermeille ainsi que la petite ville avec son port et ses restaurants. Séjour agréable grâce à la clim et aux portes/vitres bien insonores (le traffic dans la rue étant très dense). Propreté et acceuil tout en ordre comme aussie le literie et linge, cuisine ok. Le balnéo manque d'instruction et ne semble pas fonctionner tout à fait comme il faut. En revanche, deux SdB sont une luxe supplementaire. Rapport prix-qualité très bien. Seul chose à remarquer: cage d'escalier bruyant, on entend (trop) bien les voisins sortir et revenir dans la nuit. Mais en somme: séjour parfait! On recommande.
