Séjour août 2023

Studio agréable avec une vue magnifique sur le port. Pour un séjour de plus d'une semaine, une machine à laver le linge aurait été appréciée. Situation tranquille et stationnement facile. Une petite rénovation serait un plus (robinetteries bien fatiguées..) et obligation de revenir porter les clés à Banyuls pourrait être éviter.

Lage top, Wohnung ok, Betreuung vor Ort schlecht

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll! Die Dachterrasse wirklich sehr schön. Alles, was man zum Leben braucht ist in der näheren Umgebung erreichbar. Die Abwicklung von Ankunft und Abreise waren jedoch schlecht, die Lösung von Problemen noch schlechter! Ankunft und Abreise: Zeitlich sehr unflexibel. Am Abreisetag nicht vor 10 Uhr, das die Agentur erst dann öffnet. Als wir um 10:30 den Schlüssel abgeben wollten war die Agentur nicht geöffnet. 2 Tage waren wir ohne Gas in der Küche. Beide Flaschen, also auch die Ersatzflasche waren leer. Wir haben das direkt in der Agentur gemeldet (in der Agentur, nicht telefonisch!) und über einen Tag gag es keinerlei Rückmeldung oder Reaktion. Erst eine Beschwerde hat offenbar geholfen und Poplidays hat auf meine Beschwerde reagiert. Eine Lösung wurde aber auch am zweiten Tag nicht gefunden. Wir waren also zwei Tage ohne Gas in der Wohnung, konnten uns glücklicherweise mit einer Elektroplatte aus dem Campingbus behelfen. Trotz Beschwerde haben wir außer einem "Sorry" nichts als Entschädigung erhalten. Auch die Schlüsselrückgabe war sehr unbefriedigend, vor allem wenn man noch eine weite Rückfahr vor sich hat. Unser Fazit: Wohnung ok, Dachterrasse super, Umgebung wunderschön. Die Abwicklung vor Ort sehr schlecht. Ankunft und Abreise sehr unflexibel. 2 Tage ohne Gas in der Wohnung ohne Entschädigung absolut nicht akzeptabel. Ich würde daher hier nicht mehr buchen.
