MARINE PARADE HOLIDAY UNIT 2 is one of two downstairs units that has 3 bedrooms and accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Close to the main beach and playground, opposite the caravan park, walking distance to the hotel. A short walk to the back beach which is known for raking blue swimmer crabs.
Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, ceramic cook top/electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Expresso coffee pod machine BYO pods - larger type), pantry, toastie machine, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. Dining area with table/chairs, living area with 2 x 2 seater lounges, 1 x single chair, TV-non smart, DVD player.
Baby/toddler highchair.
Bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, w/c.
There is a shared laundry at the rear of the property with front loading washing machine, iron and ironing board. An extra separate w/c.
Also shared between the two units is an undercover deck area in the front with a large picnic table, hooded gas BBQ (no access to upstairs)
At the rear of the property is an paved undercover area with outdoor table and chairs, flat top BBQ.
Pull out clothesline, fish cleaning facility.
There is shared off road parking for both Units at the rear of the property access via driveway on left hand side as you are facing the property. There is enough room for 1 car and boat or 2 cars per unit.
Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.
Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Linen can be hired - $38.50 for double/queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff
