Very beautiful, comfortable country house "Tenuta Margherita", 2 storeys, detached, built in 1905, renovated in 2021, surrounded by trees and vineyards. 1.5 km from the centre of Portacomaro, 4 km from the centre of Asti, outside the resort, 30 km from the centre of Alba, in a sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), south-west facing position. Private: property 3'000 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 1 - depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking (for 4 cars). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Portacomaro" 1.5 km, railway station "Asti" 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
