Outdoor shower, table tennis, parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 1.6 km. Nearby attractions: Asti 12 km, Turin 50 km, Alba 35 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.
