I was charged twice for the room and they wanted me to a 3rd time. Both my visa and debit acct was charged, they said the debit declined even after i showed them the that the transaction was charged from both my visa and debit acct, and they still wanted me to pay again

Our company uses the Microtel Portage often because it is a great value, great location just off Highway 1 and the service is always friendly. Great breakfast too.
