The stylish 3-bedroom home is the ultimate family-friendly haven giving the perfect blend of seaside fun & mountain adventure.



The Space:

Welcome to No.68, your perfect beach getaway in North Wales! Recently renovated to a high standard, this charming home offers everything you need for a truly memorable family holiday by the sea.



Step into the heart of the home, where the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space beckon you to relax and unwind. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and cookware you'll need for your self-catering experience. The kitchen island invites the chefs of the group to showcase their culinary skills while enjoying the company of loved ones in the open plan dining space.



The kitchen provides all the mod-cons at your fingertips, including a Nespresso coffee machine for that perfect morning brew, an induction hob for effortless cooking, dual ovens for preparing family meals, and a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze.



The living space is designed with your comfort in mind, with a large corner sofa. Gather around the cosy log burner or opt for entertainment on the 55-inch Smart TV. For a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, simply open the double patio doors and step out onto the spacious garden area. Here, you'll find a fully enclosed haven perfect for private outdoor dining on the decking. Let your children and pets roam freely as the garden provides a secure environment for their enjoyment.



There is a latch for the rear gate to make the back garden secure, (especially for those travelling with dogs)located beneath the bottom edge of the cladding - awkward to get to (and out of sight!) but it definitely works.



At the rear of the garden, discover a convenient utility space with a washer, dryer, and storage area for your bikes. It's also ideal for hanging wet wetsuits after a fun-filled day at the beach.



When it's time to rest and rejuvenate, retreat to the incredibly comfortable bedrooms at No.68. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in rain shower, providing a restful retreat after your adventures.



The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements, with the option of a super-king bed or two singles. Meanwhile, the third bedroom is a haven for younger group members, featuring four custom-built, full-size bunk beds, creating their own private getaway.



All bedrooms include luxury bed linen and super comfortable mattresses to ensure a great night's rest. The two double rooms also have smart TVs, allowing you to unwind with your favourite shows or movies before drifting off.
