The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations:- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person per night.- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person per night.Note:- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over.- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use.
