Apartamento Rocha Mar is ideally situated with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and supermarkets, and a beach all within easy walking distance. A perfect place for those they wish to enjoy a holiday without a car. There is a free private parking space for those that come by car and wish to enjoy some sightseeing or venturing to other parts of the Algarve.

The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator access and offers a comfortable layout with an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining area and living room, with access to a balcony that is also accessible from the 2nd bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom has its own balcony and en suite bathroom with a shower and tub; the second bedroom has 2 single beds and access to the 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, hot water kettle, refrigerator). There is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and free WiFi. The apartment has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the open living/dining/kitchen area.
Many activities can be enjoyed nearby such as bike rentals, walking along the Praia da Rocha pedestrian walkway, water sports, visiting nearby beaches, golf, and more. From the Portimão harbor, boat trips are available along the coast, or on the Arade River to Silves at high tide.

"On March 14, 2024 the council of Portimão implemented a tourist tax. This tourist tax is mandatory to be paid by tourists who booked their stay in hotels, resorts, local accommodations (AL), and campsites after this date. The tourist tax value comes on top of the already paid rental sum. From the 1st of November untill the 31st of March tourist tax is € 1 per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights.
