Great T1 apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just a 3-minute walk from the beach.

Property composed of: bedroom with 1 double bed, living room with kitchenette, 1 double sofa bed (2 people), air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (cold and hot), bathroom, Cable and Satellite TV and WI-FI and a large terrace with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays. The terrace is 25 m2.



Ideal for those who want to stay close to the Beach, but in a quiet area.



Close to supermarket, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, etc.



NOTE: Only 4 people are admitted (including adults, children and babies).



- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.





PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:

According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:

- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.

- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.



Note:

- The fee is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.



- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use. Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the specific reservation period (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have to be settled by guests to NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.

Included values of electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to accommodation type:

T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3.

If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit amount.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's app. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
