Property comprises: bedroom with 1 double bed, living room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 sofa bed in the living room, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (cold and hot), bathroom, cable TV, offers SporTV and WI-FI, to enjoy your holidays.



At a short distance from the apartment, there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, a pharmacy, commercial areas, etc.



NOTE: Only 4 people are admitted (including adults, children, and babies).



- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:

In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:

- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.

- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.



Note:

- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 years or older.



- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60 EUR for 30 days of reservation).

Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption exceeding the included value will have this excess settled by guests to Nuris2u, on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values for electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:

T1: Electricity - 130 kWhs and Water - 6 m3.

If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
