    We were attending a festival at Praia da Rocha and had the pleasure of staying at this accommodation hosted by Alice! The location, the apartment and Alice herself were awesome! We had a great time here and would definitely stay again if I ever come back to Portimão. Alice spoke both French and Portuguese, and we unfortunately only spoke english, we were able to help each other translate what we were saying to communicate effectively and there was no issue here for the most part. While staying here we did run into issues with the power cutting out, the first time being our fault with an extension cord we should not have used and the second also being because we had been consuming too much power. Whoever controls the power grid shut off our access until Alice called them. It was a heatwave and although Alice's place does have AC, Portugal's energy systems can not yet handle the type of power required in the heat we were experiencing; however, throughout these occurrences, Alice was transparent in helping us know whats going on and fixing the issue as soon as she could! We also had an issue with the water only coming out cold for a period of time but we found out it was tied to how much power we were consuming through the AC and this was resolved too! We had a great experience at this accommodation and Alice was a wonderful host, helping us to navigate issues (even if it was our fault). She is so sweet and friendly, I encourage anyone coming to the area to stay here!

    Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Alicia ! Son appartement est lumineux , fonctionnel , confortable pour 4 personnes . Le quartier est agréable et proche du centre , du port et des animations . Proche également du merveilleux golf Alto , des magnifiques plages …. Nous remercions Alicia pour sa gentillesse , sa réactivité et son souci de nous satisfaire pour passer de belles vacances ! Nous reviendrons !
    Sortie en bateau pour visiter les grottes le long de la côte … superbe !
