This luxury two plus one bedroom apartment, is located in the 2nd floor , lift available, at Clube Alvor Ria, a private condominium, in front of Alvor River Estuary a natural reserve. The balcony has breathtaking views over the dunes, harbour and sea. The apartment stays approx. 200 meters from the Alvor beautiful beach and 150 meters from the Alvor village center. This spacious apartment has a master bedroom with twin beds, en suite bathroom, built in wardrobes with fitted safe deposit box. The second bedroom has one double bed, fitted wardrobe and there is also a small third bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster,coffee machine and all the necessary features. The spacious dining/lounge area has a dining table and 6 dining chairs, 2 sofas. Smart TV and free Wifi . Two bedrooms and living/dining area have direct access to the large balcony where you can relax in the sun and enjoy the sunset.
