The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:According to applicable municipal legislation from 14 March 2024 for all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.Note:- The fee is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use.
