- A deposit of EUR 900 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
- Maximum water consumption per week is 3 m3, if exceeded - cost of 5 euros/m3, will have to be paid, based on the readings verified at check-out.
TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 years or older.
Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use.
Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:
T3: 350 kWhs and 14 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
