Lucibella and her husband were sooo very helpful and accommodating. We had booked through Expedia (never again), and despite taking payment from us and giving us a confirmation number, Lucibella had no record of it. It was 22:00 and we had nowhere to stay. Her and husband helped us get a refund from Expedia, prepared two rooms for us and stayed with us until we were all set. We have never been so well treated by a hotel and recommend their hospitality.
