Holiday 5 Bedroom House near the Beach

Lovely and comfortable house which is just 5-minute walk from the amazing beach of Alvor and 3-minute walk from the famous bars street in Alvor with several British and Irish pubs. Very close to a Intermarché supermarket and taxis.

Respecting the original architectural design, the house is divided into two parts - the ground floor with the kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and the 1st floor with the living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The connection between the two houses is made from the outside through stairs, but inside the property.

It has a terrace on the 1st floor and a sunny front patio on the ground floor with a table and chairs for pleasant meals.

The inside, air-conditioned throughout, is fully furnished for holidays. The kitchen has a fridge, micro-wave, oven, stove, coffee maker and a kettle. In the living room combined with the kitchen you will find two cozy sofas and 2 high-definition TVs with various foreign channels.

There is Wi-Fi.

It has a washing machine and a dishwasher.

We provide linens, toilet paper and towels obviously.

Fantastic house

Isaac's house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen to self-cater and great outside space to enjoy the evenings. It's an easy walk to the beautiful beach, boardwalks for a lovely walk/run and the cobbled streets of the old town buzzing with restaurants and shops. Isaac's family were very flexible with our check-in and check out times and were always on hand to answer our questions. The welcome package of wine, bread and milk were a lovely touch. We would definitely come back.

Great base

We’ve travelled to Alvor many times and this house was a perfect base. The beach, harbour, town centre and bus station are all within easy walking distance. The house has a great roof terrace for sunbathing (with a welcome breeze). The kitchen wasn’t the best equipped, we had to buy some mugs, but that didn’t matter too much, you could make a simple meal. Issac met us on arrival and we had a lovely welcome pack of beer, wine, water and bread and sardines which was good as we arrived late. Would definitely book again.

Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, 5min zum Strand und 5min in die Innenstadt von Alvor (zu Fuß). Supermarkt und verschiedene Restaurants auch in der direkten Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse lädt zum Verw Weilen ein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, erfüllen alle Wünsche und waren immer erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Return visit

This is the second time we have stayed at Alberto's apartment and once again we had a thoroughly good time. Alberto and Isaac could not be any more helpful, a surprise bottle of Fizz on ice awaiting us when we checked in and even the offer of getting us some groceries if we were nervous about going to the Supermarket due to Covid19. We will definitely be back either later this year or next.

Très bien !

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette location à 5, dont 3 jeunes (19, 16, 15 ans). Chacun avait sa place. La maison est jolie, agréable et fonctionnelle. Très bonne situation pour accéder à la plage et au village à pied et pour visiter d’autres villes d’Algarve. Bon accueil d’Isaac avec le sourire et un panier gourmand. Il manque juste une cafetière 😊.
