This floor also includes a double bedroom, a shared bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms and another shared bathroom with a shower.The rooftop terrace offers relaxing countryside views, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day.Outdoors, a swimming pool overlooking the countryside invites you to soak up the Algarve sun. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
