Fantastic T1 Apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with partial sea view and located in a private condominium with a swimming pool. Situated just 120 meters from the beach sand.
Composed of entrance hall, fully equipped kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed and bedroom with two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Air conditioning (cold and hot), cable TV and WI-FI.
The room and living room have access to a balcony with sea view, to enjoy your vacation.
At a short distance from the apartment, there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.
The apartment has a parking space in the building's basement.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut, or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
According to municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (04/01 to 10/31) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (11/1 to 3/31) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 years or older.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess amount settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reserve according to the accommodation type:
T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3.
If the surplus is not regularized, the company reserves the right to withdraw from the security deposit amount.
