Located in a quiet village, between the Penina golf course, the picturesque Alvor and only Lagos, and a short drive from famous beaches such as Prainha, Alvor and Meia-Praia, the property is everything you could ask for.



With a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 and a half bathrooms, one of them en suite, the property has 4 bedrooms equipped with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and the sixth bedroom/library with a comfortable sofa bed. The property has 3 different sized fully equipped kitchens, three living rooms, one with TV, a cinema room and a library. WiFi, air conditioning, cable TV. Outside, it has spacious terraces flanked by the garden, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and respective equipped dining area and table tennis table.



The main building comprises two spacious living rooms with stunning views over the garden and swimming pool, dining room, mezzanine with snooker table and stunning wooden ceilings, a comfortable cinema room, a spacious professional kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms. Adjacent to this is the guest house with an additional living room, open-plan kitchen and two further bedrooms. A few metres away, the library features a sofa bed, pantry and bathroom, for those who prefer to stay more isolated or simply surrounded by books.



The terrace all around offers several alternatives for relaxing and dining, whilst the classic Portuguese-designed outdoor kitchen, overlooking a perfect swimming pool and large gardens, with its large table and barbecue area, makes eating outside a true must. From sunrise to sunset, this property provides wonderful moments spent with family or friends.



If you like sport, then you won't find a better equipped property. A state-of-the-art professional gymnasium, a tennis court in perfect condition, a 3x3 basketball court, as well as hundreds of square metres of pristine grass, where almost all outdoor sports can be practised: football, volleyball, badminton, amongst others.

Important notice:



Late check-in: after 8pm - €60; after 10pm - €100.



Early check-in (by request only and subject to availability): between 10:30 and 12:00 - €500; between 12:00 and 15:00 - €250.



Late check-out (only by request and subject to availability): between 12pm and 3pm – €250; between 3pm and 5:30pm – €500; after 5:30pm – full price.



Any intermediate cleaning necessary or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will be charged according to the final cleaning, except for the free 3-hour cleaning every third, seventh, tenth days and so on.



For stays of 28 days or more, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but monthly cleaning will be mandatory using our service providers and will have the same cost as the final cleaning advertised.



For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity and gas expenses are not included and will be charged to guests.



Every week the pool is maintained where we test the water quality and keep it safe. We also look after the garden, weekly.

This maintenance may coincide with existing bookings on the property but it is mandatory.



If pets are allowed, guests will not only be responsible for complying with the existing condominium rules, but also for maintaining the property in good condition and for any damage caused by animals throughout their stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothing; urine or faeces odours, scratches or damage to wood and paint, etc.).



Please note that a tourist tax is applicable to all guests staying in the municipality of Portimão. This tax is imposed by the local municipality and must be paid in addition to the cost of accommodation. The tax is 2 Euros per night, per person, for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years of age are exempt from this tax.
