I thought the apartment was really nice overall. It was bright, spacious and clean. There are two TVs in the place. One had Netflix and other streaming services but the one in the bedroom didn't. The only thing is when you look at the advertisement you don't realize the apartment is in a 13 story massive high rise. Checking in was confusing because you don't realize that the coordinates to the actual apartment are in one of several messages that are sent to you after booking. That caused me to be looking around for the place based on the initial address on the booking. Opening the lockbox and door the first time around was confusing and there isn't anyone to answer questions in person. The person I communicated with was attentive and professional. When I discussed that the lock was confusing they called in a locksmith to simplify the door lock to make it easier for new customers. The only other major drawback at this place is there is virtually no parking on site although they offer it for free. So be prepared to park off site on the street and walk anywhere from 5 - 15 minutes to your place. But overall the quality of the actual apartment is good once you wrap your head around the other things I mentioned.
