It is a quick 20-minute walk to the Old Port.

Nice appartment within a larger house that has separate entrances available. Very walkable to old port area if you are able to walk approx . 1mi. This rental did come with one parking space and I was able to park a full size truck. Also street parking is less of an issue in this area.
