Property was on the edge of the busy commercial area and for the price was a great value. My biggest complaint was the parking. It was a bit confusing. But once figured out, the value and convenience was great.

Great stay- up charge of daily amenity fee ($25.00). Didn’t like the amenity fee as it meant we had to use their bar and restaurant. A pain as there are so many places to eat/drink within walking distance…

Great place to stay. Service was good, room was clean, staff was supportive and friendly. I would like to ask if there could be a better system for transition from the floor lobby, to the parking garage. When someone has a lot to bring to their room, it is difficult to get the only elevator that goes all the way down to the parking garage to go down there. And once you have a luggage carrier, you can't get it down to the garage level. I can only imagine if someone has a disability how difficult this could be for them. I don't have a disability and I was frustrated. There was no concierge to help. Other than that, I do appreciate the security with room card key entry to the floors.

Cambria Old Port Stay

The overall hotel is very nice, new and well-kept. Unfortunately upon arrival our room had what to appear to be a pillow covered in blood and sheets with blood on them. Although the sheets were washed... the housekeeping should have seen the condition.

So far we love everything! The 4th floor lounge is a great amenity when your family is taking up too much space in the room. Welcoming fire place and kind staff. I’ll see what the beds are like shortly.
