This apartment is located on the lower level of a cute neighborhood home, with a living space that's highlighted by contemporary finishes and furnishings, stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen, and bold, whimsical accents of blue, green, and coral throughout. When you're not grabbing takeout or a delicious sit-down dinner at one of the acclaimed restaurants in Sellwood, you can prepare your own snacks and meals in the sparkling kitchen with a subway tile backsplash, kick back with a favorite TV show or board game, and get a restful night's sleep in one of the two queen bedrooms or on the living room's comfortable sleeper sofa.

There is always free street parking nearby, and often directly in front of the house. Please note that, like many streets in the neighborhood, ours is narrow. You may have to pull to the side to let other drivers through.

We are a lively family living upstairs with two children. There will be sound transmission from our day-to-day activities. During construction, we took care to soundproof the ceiling to minimize the noise coming through, and each bedroom is equipped with a sound machine, but complete silence downstairs is not possible. We limit activity on the floor above you after 10 pm and before 7 am, but our place is likely not a good fit for those who need absolute quiet.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
