sually always stay there when im flying out somewhere and its been good, friendly staff. this time the desk person was extremely rude not just to us but others that where there checking in also. i reported her the next day to the day manager. no need for that kind of behavior

They checked me into a room that already had someone staying in it. My son was already a few steps in when we realized the guy was in there, thank God he was only eating dinner. If he was doing anything else it would've been a difficult explanation to my 5-year-old.

The place is very dirty. The dining area was very sticky from early in the morning until breakfast was closed. Don’t take a hot shower. My daughter was taking a shower and the steam made the fire alarms go off at 3 am. Unreal. An embarrassment of a property for being a best western. Breakfast was soapy. They had an area where you could order food. The food case had food in it with a cloth covering the food. Apparently it’s been closed for a year. Why is there still food in it. Nasty!!!
