The staff was very friendly, and the price was right. They had breakfast, the pool was great, and the hot tub worked perfectly—my kids loved it. It was also close to dining, shopping, and OHSU, which made the location convenient. However, the building itself is older and really needs updating. The hallways were dark, the wallpaper and door frames were peeling, and overall it felt more like a Quality Inn or Rodeway Inn level of quality. It’s fine for a quick overnight stay, but not the kind of place you’d choose for a vacation.

Staff at check didn’t even look up at me once while checking in. Not even a hello to greet us. Just walk in and said ID. That was it. Any staff that was at reception never acknowledged anyone that was in the lobby. Didn’t even look at you. The only staff member that was nice was the lady in the kitchen, breakfast room.
