The staff was definitely kind. The room was beautiful and any bed was very comfortable. The glasses in the room had lip prints on them, the coffee was not replace, couldn’t connect to the WiFi and I was told on Sunday the restaurant/bar was closed for a private event and would open at 4pm and it closed at 4:01pm. The parking was extremely expensive, so I had to park two ahead just to pay $28 for overnight parking.

the room was filthy. the carpet, furniture, and curtains needed to either be replaced or steam cleaned because it smells musky. i should’ve been aware because the lobby/common areas were not very well kept. overall it doesn’t appear taken care of.
