The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, the covers are essentially just two sets of sheets so it was chilly, even with the air conditioning on low. And speaking of AC unit, it made an loud banging sound frequently all night long. The pool is nice and well maintained. My kids enjoyed playing there. There is a free drink time in the evening, which was nice! And the breakfast was first-rate. The front desk team is difficult to understand and not super helpful. But people were nice. We would likely not return but it was fine.

This was our 2nd stay here, and it was wonderful both times that we've stayed here. Only thing I would change is the charge for parking.

Always clean comfy place to stay. You do get the free happy hour but I was there on Sunday and the happy hour snacks disappointing. Used to be more upscale. But had a clean large suite , walking distance close to mall, restaurants etc . Stayed here many times. The cascade restaurant bar in hotel is great and service was excellent. Friendly staff!!

Hotel is great. We've been before. Our last trip was a bit chaotic with lots of noise and our visits to the pool were CRAZY with pre-teens and teens running around, jumping in the pool and all no supervision. CRAZY!

Weve stayedchere several times eachbyear for a night. This time thecroom was uncomfortably hot..a/c took overnight to decrease the temp by onlyb4 degrees. Ughh. Bathtub didn't drain well. Was standing in ankle deep water. Only half roll of toliet paper was available and hand soap, shampoo bottles were not filled, only 1/8 full.

This is the Embassy Suites experience that we like to experience. Very well maintained and with very helpful and pleasant staff. It is within walking distance of a mall (JCPenney, Macy's, etc.) and places to eat. Breakfast was wonderful, as was the evening reception. Having stayed in about a dozen or more Embassy Suites, this was one of the better ones.
