This place was so dirty and gross. Do not stay here. We didn’t even have bedding on one of the beds and when I asked for sheets, they first gave me a towel sized blanket, then 7 pillowcases, then 2 fitted sheets. They said they had no more sheets, blankets or pillows at the hotel. The lock on the door did not work. Do not stay here.

Very nice room. Good location. Nice breakfast included in price. Nice walking area. Good restaurants in walking distance. Parking was valet parking only which at first I thought I wouldn't like. I stayed 5 nights and the valet parking was actually great and very convenient.

The hotel was great! We parked with the hotel valet and never needed our car due to the great location to everything! The room and breakfast was wonderful. Our only complaint was the pillows. Very smushy. Need a couple firmer ones. The front desk attendant said we could have asked for a foam pillow. Well worth the stay!!

Very nice place. Elevator was down for a day or so, but that happens. Breakfast was great. Be sure to eat at the pizza brewery near by and on the piers where the boats come in. Best seafood!

I didn't like the fact that they charge their own guests $3 for a bottle of water. I also didn't like the fact that you could never rely on someone to be available at the front desk. ALWAYS a wait in line, even if all you needed was the answer to a simple question. The free breakfast was too much oriented toward young children

In a good location if you're in Portland as a tourist. Room was pretty decent once the required number of beds had been provided. We'd booked for a family of 5 but there was no 5th bed in the room. When i raised this i was told they might have run out of roll out beds. As though it was my problem.

When we checked in Ken seemed overwhelmed. They need at least two people behind desk. He went through everything very fast. Not overly friendly. Valets also need additional help. Sometimes one person, other times 3.??? Breakfast was crowded and would have liked to see tables looking less greasy. Worst part of the trip was dishonesty in housekeeping. I left a pair of pants hanging behind bathroom door on hanger and called when I realized from the road. Supervisor very kind to call me back but said no pants were turned in. That may have been true. I questioned whether I made the mistake and they did get packed but when we arrived in Boston, they were not in my suitcase. There is only one conclusion to draw here. I had just worn them the day before. The hot wet l has all your information and could easily get them returned by mail to you but housekeeping has to be honest and should easily be able to find out who cleaned our room after we left.

We booked a king bed and were given a two double bed room. The front desk lady said it was Expedia‘s fault and I should’ve booked directly through Hilton. The $40 valet charge per night was ridiculous because the lot was 10 feet away so you turned your car over to them and they went and parked it three spaces away and then charge $40 per night. Otherwise it was a great location.

Very comfortable large room, good view, great location. Simple breakfast included with good coffee and excellent cheese omelet. Staff recommended free Street parking a few blocks away to save $40 parking fee.

The hotel is in an awesome location however our ac wasn't working so we had to leave the hotel at 8:30pm after a long day of travel and stay at another hotel. There were people who hadn't checked in yet but we still had to leave because they said they were booked. Expedia showed 8 rooms available. Very disappointed. This is our first day/time to Maine. Not a great start.
