The hotel was right in the middle of old port, which allows you to do a lot of walking after check in! The valet is $40 per night. Hotel was exceptionally clean, great service, and a great breakfast that was well stocked and kept. A great stay!

Clean room, recently renovated, quiet. One downside is the only parking option available through the hotel is $40 for valet; your best bet is to get a street spot, which is free from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m., then a two-hour time limit between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Decent value. Good waterfront location. Standard free breakfast but better quality than most similar offerings. One front desk staff, overnight shift, was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Daytime check in staff encountered on this trip needed better training on customer service.

Location was great for sightseeing in the Old Port of Portland, Maine. Room was clean, comfortable, included a refrigerator, several mirrors, which is convenient for friends getting ready in the mornings. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Coffee, hot water available all day long. Staff was friendly.
