For $404 a night you’d think their check in staff would greet you as royalty not as an inconvenience. And the free breakfast? Hard boiled eggs sitting in the sun, opened until 10 am but tried to close it down at 9:57. Just horribly disappointing.

Good hotel for the purpose

Good location; however, it is not waterfront. There were some heavy foot on top floor. We were on the 5th floor which we thought was the highest floor but it turns out there is a residence 6th floor. Did not like the thin walls and heavy foot steps above.

Great location for those on the go. It is close to the ferry, tour pickups, shopping, dining and very walkable. It was clean, front desk staff were helpful, and the free breakfast was very good - not something that can be said for a lot of hotels. Reasonably priced as well.

I arrived early and asked for an early check in. The woman at the front desk took down my information but never called me when the room was ready. It turned out fine because I was out with my friends. However the pillows were absolutely horrible, the bedding was stained and I had to take a cold shower! There was zero hot water in the shower at all. The area is walkable and the brunch place next door is awesome. It suited my needs but left much to be desired. There was not staff 24 hours a day. I tried to check out on the Hilton app at 430a and it told me I had to see someone at the desk. No one was there and I was headed to the airport.

Pool Room and the saltwater pool were heated which we appreciated very much. Rooms was very clean with lots of great space in our 2 Queen bed option. Gym has a lot of good options with the appreciation of being very clean and neat.

Our stay was great. It is near everything, shops and restaurants. My recommendation is to clean the windows on the ground floor for it to be more appealing, looking in and out. The parking fee of $40 /night is a little steep.
