Harborview - Curated East End Escape w/ Parking

Harborview is a newly renovated, top-floor apartment perched on the edge of Munjoy Hill in Portland's East End. This home is a short stroll to the Eastern Promenade and the East End Beach, the Casco Bay Islands Ferry Terminal, and the historic Old Port.

The apartment features a spacious open kitchen, dining, and living room floor plan adjoined by a large private deck. It's the perfect spot to gather, relax, and dine while enjoying the breathtaking views of Casco Bay!

The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are individually climate-controlled with heat and A/C. The two full baths have heated floors (perfect for those chilly New England mornings!). The living room sofa folds out into a comfortable king-sized sleeper.

For those working remotely, there are two dedicated desks located at the opposite ends of the apartment. The Wifi at the house is fiber optic, with real-time speeds of 150 Mbps.

We have off-street private guest parking for 2 cars (sequentially) equipped with an EV charging station. If you are visiting with more than 2 cars there is on-street parking available, usually right in front of the house, or a couple of doors down.
*Be mindful of the clearly marked street cleaning signs, and park on the opposite side of the street that day so you don't get a ticket.

For your little ones, we have a Pack n Play, as well as a highchair available. If you need either, just let us know and we will set them up for you! (There is also a baby gate at the house for the stairs if needed.)

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
