With Oregon’s new law requiring self-service at gas stations, you can skip the hassle of pumping gas entirely when you rent Bessie. - We have friendly dogs on the property. You might hear them occasionally in the backyard. They are territorial, however, which is why we cannot accommodate guests with pets.

- The backyard, shared with the main house, is surrounded by tall trees and an 8' privacy fence. The Casita has a covered patio with seating.

- The uncovered hot tub, located between the main house and the Casita, is available year-round, even in rainy weather.

- Please notify us when you want to soak so we can ensure window shades are drawn for more privacy. For sanitary reasons, we ask guests to take a quick rinse before using the hot tub. Luxury spa towels are provided in a basket near the back door.

- After using the hot tub, kindly pour a full bottle of spa shock (found on the TV stand by the back door) into the tub and run the jets on high. The system will shut off automatically after the cycle.

- Please notify us immediately if anything breaks to maintain the quality of your stay and future guests' experiences.
