I appreciate the fact the property has an updated fitness room. While traveling, for me, keeping an excercise routine, however modified, helps me maintain a positive mindset. The Centric is an elegant modern property. The staff were helpful and friendly. I recommend staying here to everyone.

I liked this place, it wasn’t a horrible time or anything of the sort. The staff were really wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. Valet service was great, very efficient. Great location. But I might’ve been expecting more from a Hyatt location, and if so that’s on me. But the room we were in didn’t have a finished ceiling, it was like panels of cement even had the builder writing on it and glue adhesive on it. Also the floor was concrete. But other parts of the room were fully furnished so it oddly clashed. And for the entirety of our stay the sound of the pipes settling never stopped. It sort of had the feeling of staying in a basement but on the 14th floor. I’ll repeat, not a bad time, might’ve had too high of expectations for the name of the hotel and the price, but it was sort of odd.

The location of the property was within walking distance of a lot of things which was great! Staff were super friendly and welcoming, restaurant was pretty good. Unfortunately the rooms weren’t the best. The pillows were flat, the bathroom floors outside of the shower were filthy, the smell of the linens were overwhelming. Super bummed we definitely won’t be staying here again because the location is great.

No parking unless you pay $50/night. We had to park 4 minutes away in a garage which was much cheaper and safe. Lots of homeless people around but the building felt safe inside.

This was our first time to Portland. We wanted to come to experience the coast. We had the best time ever! This hotel was amazing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was awesome. From the front counter, to the bartender, to the waiter and kitchen staff we had for breakfast. The room was immaculate. They did such an amazing job, and made us feel so comfortable. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would! Perfect place that we chose! We were so happy! Thank you you guys all so very much!

It’s four star hotel, but it’s not worth 4 star at all. The room is very simple. Floor has no carpet. Ceiling has no decoration. I checked in 2am in the morning. The front desk give me the key to the room. I open the door. There is someone sleep inside the room. Scared me and my kids. We run out to the lobby. The front desk said maybe computer has problems. There was a horrible experience. I won’t stay at that hotel anymore. Not worth it.
