An Ecclectic, Fun Hotel

When we drove up, I knew I had chosen well. The interior is ecclectic and colorful! It has a retro feel, which my daughter and I absolutely loved! The walls on our floor were Purple and the carpets were magnificent! Our room was huge! Two queen size beds with a plethora of pillows, a desk and chair. There was a "sitting" room, with a love seat, chair, coffee table, and tv. There's also a kitchen area with sink, dishwasher, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, small Kuerig, toaster, and electric kettle. The kitchen also comes fully stocked with dishes, etc. This all helped to make our stay so pleasant. The only reason I gave the comfort category 4 stars, is because, for me, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I have Fibromyalgia, arthritis among other things, and I was in a lot of pain. But, not their fault. Our stay was out of this world!! We recommend a million percent!!

Loved this Inn. We had never been to Portland and the staff answered any questions we had. They also made great recommendations for dining spots within walking distance. We will be staying there for all future Portland trips.

This property was great - clean, great breakfast, helpful staff. The streetcar stops right out front and connects to other lines and buses so you can get around without a car. The parking lot is small, but easily accessible right beside the office. There are plenty of cute restaurants and convenient/grocery store that are easily walkable. The area is clean and quiet.

What’s not to love!?!! Excellent customer service-EVERYONE is so helpful. The decor is whimsical and lovely. Nice continental breakfast and the tram is just outside the door. We were here while a loved one is in the hospital and the Inn is just a few blocks away. There are plenty of nice places to eat in the neighborhood. Because there are fully equipped kitchenettes, we could eat lunch at our “home away from home.” A wonderful place in every way!

The stay was great! The area is in is so good for walking to restaurants and shopping. There’s a Trader Joe’s nearby and the full kitchen gave us the option of cooking there. The place was very cute eclectic decor and the basically studio apartment was spacious and functional. The only downside was that there isn’t a sheet tray or cheese grater in the kitchen and the continental breakfast was very lacking.
