Very kind and friendly front desk - I got to town late and was having trouble finding parking and getting in to the hotel and the lady was kind enough to prepare my keys early upon verification so I could get in and get some sleep. I loved the views from my room and the 5th-floor communal space. The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly, and everything was clean. It's just that the room was very basic, definitely no frills. Also, I got charged $20.00 a night for a "destination fee" whatever that is.
