Our group of 4 guys had a wonderful weekend and the space and facilities were fantastic. Everything was clean and the front and back lawns were freshly mowed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots,pans, etc, and also with spices and various dry goods like flour and sugar. Everything worked well, including the massage chair, which was a pretty amazing experience. The hot tub was ready to go at 100 degrees F, and the grill worked great for our barbecue dinner on night. These things may be corrected now, but the listing mentioned a "gym" even though the owner (Andre) clarified there wasn't one and listed a firepit that Andre said had unfortunately recently been broken and was not yet available again. Andre quickly responded to questions, which was also very helpful. One things that was confusing but not a problem, was that the refrigerator and freezer had quite a few food items in them, and we weren't sure what was meant for us to use and what was not. We just ignored it all, but having some note of explanation would have been helpful. Again, we the place was comfortable, clean, functional and spacious. We had a wonderful time there and it was a very convenient, centrally located jumping off point for our various activities.
