I liked the staff member we who worked the continental breakfast. They were friendly and helpful. I liked that I had a suite so there was a lot of room for my luggage. I liked the big mirror on the wall. I liked when I was able to check out. I did not like that they bathroom door had a punched hole in it and that the bottom was broken. I did not like that there were two tv’s in the room but only one of them worked. I did not like that the pool water looked dirty and the hot tub water was brown. I did not like that there was no flavored creamer.

Expect the unexpected.

The check-in process was easy-peasy and quick. The check-in personal were pleasant and kind. I need to park in the handicap, and I walk with a cane, and there were only two handicap parking available in front of the hotel. There is one parking spot that fits a car comfortably to get out and the other parking spot was too small and near a bush - and I could not get out comfortably. Perhaps make that parking space a little more bigger and accessible? During our stay, another guest knocked very hard on our door and startled us (around 11:00pm). After a few minutes, we opened and looked outside to see who it was and the person was gone. It sounded like this person was running down the hallway and knocking on doors. Also, when we checked the hallway, it smelled VERY strong of marijuana and was difficult to breath. I am not sure if management can check the videos but this was very startling.

First time staying at La Quinta.. had a good deal and definitely would book a room with them again! Free WiFi, free breakfast until 9:30, 24 hour access to the fitness area and pool! The hot water stayed hot for a while, microwave in the room along with a desk and large mirror door for the closet. The AC worked wonderful I have no complaints

When we arrived, we were told our room had 2 beds; however, we booked a suite as there were 5 adults and 2 toddlers. The staff mentioned that a big group had checked in in the morning and therefore third party bookings got bumped. I insisted to the counter that there is no way we could fit with only two beds. Luckily, the staff remembered there were two unused suites and was able to put us in one. The breakfast area is small. People need to eat and get out and can't linger if it's very busy.

My only issue with the property was the TV and the Chanel guide. The channel guide would never synch and you never knew what channels were working and, what the content was. Good site, great staff, 9/10, will stay there next year.
