A woman had TEN kids in the pool and hot tub well past midnight. Screaming, running around, splashing me several times in the hot tub where children around even allowed to be. When I asked the desk to have them settle down they told me they couldn’t? The toilettes in the bathroom were mismatched brands. The house keeper came into my room unannounced and without permission. At breakfast time the same woman had all ten children with her running around and playing in the breakfast area. Overall a terrible experience and waste of my money.

Very nice hotel and staff. It was very clean. The pool wasn’t the cleanest but what public pool is? The bathtub was nice, and how big the room was, was amazing. It’s not in a great spot, but it was nice staying there.

Really strong smoke smells in the room. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, we just needed a quick place to stay while in town for less than 24 hours but was surprised at how much the room smelled like smoke. The staff was great- very helpful and friendly at check in and brought a cot for us. The area is industrial so didn’t feel very safe.

Everything clean and great except room 317 need clean sweep on the wall corners that had a webbing. Had a small spider crawl on my hubby’s leg the second night he woke up and killed it. Please inform staff to sweep in all walls. Thank you. Other than that all’s good and yes will stay again in the future if no webbings!!

It was an older building, but well cared for and a wonderful staff. The pool area was very clean and hot tub worked great. It wasn’t an industrial area, which I did not expect but everything was fine.

I will stay there again

But I really appreciate it about this hotel in addition to how helpful and friendly all of the staff were, is that everything was in working condition. I had a light bulb going out in one of the lamps and it was fixed by the time I came back for dinner. There was a lot of thought put into this place. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that had laundry facilities and they were really nice.
