Used this hotel in order to park and attend an AA baseball Seadogs game. Good base of operations and cost me a few bucks on a Lyft ride to get to dining along the wharf. Worked well for visiting another baseball park.

Perfect for a one nighter! We were essentially just there to sleep after visiting downtown Portland. It was a super quick uber ride to Old Port. Good value for the money. Parking situation was great, $10 a night but not bad in comparison to the area. Bed was fine but the sheets were a little rough.

The staffs are great very helpful to make you happy but the building itself and rooms are out dated so if need better build this isn’t for be the keep it clean the rooms hallway carpet needs clean or change enough parking they need work on breakfast limited options.

A very reasonable option. The room was clean enough, the bed adequate, and the pillows were nice, actually. Appreciated that. The toiletries are a known brand that. The free breakfast had an average amount of variety, but the coffee was truly terrible and watery. If you're wondering if there are any more basic hotels left that are any good anymore, this one is fine to book.

Horrible hotel- noisy area with a lot of homeless people. The room was not clean. The bedsprings had gone. Staff impolite. I won’t be staying at a la Quinta again

Two days in Portland

Room was clean and spacious. We had a single king. We signed a no smoking agreement, but someone on our floor smoked marijuana near constantly the first of our two nights. The breakfast is average to better, but no where near enough seating in the area. Location is quick to the freeway, but no locations for food or entertainment nearby without driving.

We stayed in many hotels and never have the problems like in this one. The lavatory running water (both in hot and cold water) was very small compared to regular running water flow. The flow was a little better than dripping. Wait a long time to fill a coffee cup. The service staff's attitude was also a problem. Old saying is that they should treat customers like at home. But for this hotel, it is not that way. The rate was very expansive and didn't get a good service. Very disappointed.

Clean and comfortable. Our tv remote was missing and although I was assured one would be brought to our room right away I finally had to go to front desk and get it myself. Nice it has laundry room and detergent to buy but hard to access pay by phone to use. Breakfast was reasonable.
